Business Visit to Ashgabat (Turkmenistan)

The Minsk Branch of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry together with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan supported by the Embassy of the Republic of Belarus in Turkmenistan invites the managers and specialists of enterprises to take part in a business visit to Ashgabat (Turkmenistan) on May 22- 27, 2025 (taking into account the commute time).

The program provides for visiting the Turkmen Universal International Exhibition “White City – Ashgabat”, which covers the full spectrum of the capital’s activities, as well as holding the bilateral negotiations with Turkmen enterprises at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan in order to establish direct contacts, participating in a round table at the Embassy of the Republic of Belarus in Turkmenistan and visiting the Turkmen enterprises in view of the profile and requirements of the Belarusian companies.

The organizational expenses of the Minsk Branch of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry will be paid by bank transfer in Belarusian rubles under the agreement, based on the number of the participants. They include: visa support, organization of the business program, visiting the exhibition, hotel reservation, the program transfers.

Additionally paid for are the air travel on the route “Minsk – Dubai – Ashgabat – Dubai – Minsk” (from BYN 3,600), accommodation in a hotel (up to USD 135/day), a visa (USD 35), daily expenses according to the regulations.
