From November 22 to 24, leading exhibitions in the field of agriculture and food, UzProdExpo and UzAgroExpo, are taking place in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. Among the participants, the Belarus – the Taste of Nature exhibition, organized by the exhibition enterprise "Belinterexpo" of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, stands out.
The exhibitions were officially opened by the Director General of the National Center for Knowledge and Innovation at the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Alisher Turaev, the Chairman of the Association of Food Industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Bahodir Umirshaykhov, the Director of the Agro Information-Innovation Center of Uzbekistan, the Council of Farmers, Dehkan Farms and Landowners of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Mirzokhid Yuldashev. The First Secretary of the Embassy of Belarus in Uzbekistan for trade and economic issues, Grigory Zubkevich, was also present at the opening ceremony.
This year, more than 120 companies from Uzbekistan, Austria, Armenia, Belarus, Bulgaria, Iran, Italy, Kazakhstan, Cyprus, China, Kyrgyzstan, the Netherlands, South Korea, Russia, the United States, Turkmenistan, Turkey and the Czech Republic present their products, advanced technologies and innovative solutions.
The Belarus – the Taste of Nature exhibition includes four companies: Postavsky Dairy Plant, Bretta Belarusian-Uzbek Enterprise (representative of Luninets Dairy Plant), Slutsk Cheese Plant and Gomel Meat Processing Plant. They present a range of cheeses, dry dairy products, an expanded line of lactose-free products, cottage cheese, milk with an extended shelf life, butter and chocolate butter, meat and sausage products that meet halal standards.
The Belarus – the Taste of Nature exhibition attracts high interest from visitors, including business representatives, government officials and the media. On the opening day, the Chairman of the Association of Food Industry of Uzbekistan, Bahodir Umirshaykhov, visited the Belarusian exhibition.
