1 Submit an order specifying goods and services for a trademark registration and submitting the claimed designation
2 Conclude an application contract and sign power(s) of attorney
3 Wait for a decision on the trademark registration and enter into an agreement for the issue of a certificate in the selected country
4 Obtain the trademark (service mark) certificate

    TRADEMARKS The following items may be registered as the trademarks:
  • verbal designations, including proper names, colour combinations, letter designations, numeric designations,

  • mixtures of such designations,
  • other designations (sound, olfactory, tactile, light, animation, holographic) may be registered as trademarks in cases stipulated by the laws of the Republic of Belarus.

    • A trademark may be registered in any colour or colour combination.

    INTEGRATED CIRCUITS LAYOUT An integrated microcircuit is a microelectronic product of the final or intermediate form designed to perform the functions of an electronic circuit, the elements and couplings of which are inseparably formed in the volume and (or) on the surface of the material, on the basis of which the product is made.

    PLANT VARIETIES
    PLANT VARIETIES A plant variety is a group of plants within the lowest known botanical taxa, which can be determined by the demonstration degree of characteristics resulting from the implementation of a given genotype or a mix of genotypes, regarded distinguishable from any other group of plants by the degree of expression of at least one of these characteristics, and considered as a single whole from the point of view of its suitability for reproduction in an unchanged form of whole plants of this group.
    A plant variety is granted legal protection, if it is new, distinguishable, homogeneous and stable one.
