
The Chairman of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Vladimir Ulakhovich met with the head of the structural unit for work in international markets of the German Association for Small and Medium-sized Businesses (BVMW) Reinhold von Ungern-Sternberg and the official representative of BVMW in Belarus Ulf Schneider.
During the online meeting, the prospects for expanding contacts between Belarusian and German enterprises, topical areas of interaction between the BelCCI and the BVMW to promote bilateral trade and economic ties, the possibility of holding joint events for business in 2022 were considered.
The German Association for Small and Medium-sized Businesses is the largest independent association in Germany and Europe, representing the interests of small and medium-sized businesses in relations with state authorities and large companies. The members of the organization are 55 thousand small and medium-sized enterprises in Germany, including those in high-tech sectors of the economy: automotive, industrial and household instrument making, pharmaceuticals, etc.
