Training session with students of the Institute of Civil Service of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Belarus

A training session was held at the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry for students of the Institute of Civil Service of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Belarus. The session was dedicated to the development of foreign economic relations and trends in the international trade policy of the Republic of Belarus.

This event is a part of a comprehensive training program aimed at the practical application of theoretical knowledge and the development of professional skills of future managers in real conditions.

The training session was opened by the BelCCI Deputy Chairman Denis Meleshkin. He detailed the activities of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry to support Belarusian export-oriented businesses to the students receiving education in the field of national economic management.

The BelCCI experts – Director of the Business Training Center Elena Khoroshevskaya, Deputy Director of the exhibition enterprise "Belinterexpo" Andrey Shakhanovich, Head of the Directorate-General for Legal Support and Digital Technologies Vitaly Vabishchevich – presented practice -oriented business education programs implemented by the Chamber, the participation of enterprises in exhibitions and fairs abroad as an effective mechanism for promoting Belarusian exports, as well as current instruments of legal support for foreign economic activity in modern conditions.

The Head of the State Economic Policy Department of at the Institute of Civil Service of the Academy of Public Administration, Vladislav Shchepov, thanked the BelCCI for organizing the training and noted that this event was part of increasing the practical component in students' studies. "The Head of State, at a meeting with university rectors, set the task of increasing practice-oriented education. Today's event was a part of this task. As part of our training in the specialty of public management of the national economy, we have one of the most important disciplines – management of foreign economic activity. And the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry has a most important role in this system, performing a number of relevant functions and tasks," he said.
