Belarus. The Taste of Nature exposition at the SIAL Shanghai 2024 expo

The largest international exhibition of food and beverage products, specialized equipment and food production technologies, SIAL Shanghai, has kicked off. The exhibition serves as a landmark event for the food industry in the Asian region, attracting representatives from thousands of companies worldwide, including those from Belarus.

As part of the extensive exposition Belarus. The Taste of Nature, organized by the unitary enterprise "Belinterexpo" of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Belarusian companies are presenting meat and dairy industry products, dessert beverages and unique organic products from May 28 to 30.

The grand opening ceremony of the exhibition was attended by the Consul General of the Republic of Belarus in Shanghai, Andrey Andreev.

SIAL is a series of industry exhibitions held in various regions worldwide. By uniting the unique culture of food and beverage production, the forum offers special opportunities for integrating business processes for international participants, including enterprises and companies from Belarus.

Within the exhibition, a wide range of meat products and delicacies are presented at the stands of various Belarusian companies including OJSC "Slonim Meat-Processing Plant", OJSC "Brest Meat-Processing Plant", OJSC "Slutsk Meat-Processing Plant", OJSC "Grodno Meat-Processing Plant", OJSC "Kalinkovichi Meat-Processing Plant", LLC "Veles-Mit" / Molodechno Meat-Processing Plant, LLC "Aleksandrov", and OJSC "Svetly Meat-Processing Plant".

The Belarusian diversified food producer, BREMOR, is showcasing a range of fish and other seafood products, as well as ice cream at the exhibition.

Dairy products are being demonstrated by Volkovysk OJSC "Bellakt", LLC "Primemilk", OJSC "Lida Milk Canning Plant", and OJSC "Turov Dairy Industrial Complex".

OJSC "Sula Plus" is exhibiting Ecolution potato flakes, used by snack, chip, fast food, frozen food, bakery and confectionery manufacturers.

As part of the Belarus. The Taste of Nature exposition, a separate presentation is being held for the liquor and dessert beverage products from OJSC "Minsk Kristall" – the managing company of the Minsk Kristall Group holding, and OJSC "Minsk Sparkling Wine Factory".
