The international exhibition Ulaanbaatar Partnership takes place in Ulaanbaatar (Mongolia) from 28 September to 1 October. As part of this major multi-sectoral event, a collective exposition Made in Belarus, organiяed by the Belinterexpo exhibition company of the BelCCI, is presented.
The Made in Belarus exposition was opened by Dmitry Gorelik, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to Mongolia, and guests of honour from the Mongolian side.
Belarus is represented at the international exhibition by six companies: producers of foodstuffs, engineering products, dual-purpose machinery and consumer goods.
Despite the large market for cashmere products in Mongolia, for the first time at Ulaanbaatar Partnership JSC Vitebsk Carpets present new polypropylene carpet samples and classic carpet collections, including those with a high content of natural materials (up to 90 percent).
A wide range of products including sterilised milk, cheese, skimmed milk powder, milk whey, sweet butter, glazed cheese, milkshakes and lactose-free products are presented by Minsk Dairy Plant No. 1.
Minsk Automobile Plant and Gomselmash OJSC introduce visitors to a wide range of manufactured products, which can be further developed to meet the requirements of the country and based on the purpose of application.
A wide range of electrotechnical and optical-mechanical products are presented by the Scientific and Technical Centre "LEMT" of BelOMO and JSC "Zenit".
On the eve of the exhibition, the members of the Belarusian delegation held a number of B2B meetings and negotiations, in particular, with senior executives of Nomin United, the largest trading company in Mongolia, on entering the network and E-mart shopping centre.
On 27 September, members of the delegation met with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Dmitry Gorelik to discuss intensifying trade and economic relations, as well as the specifics and conditions of promoting Belarusian goods in the Mongolian market.
